Order of the Silver Gryphon, Meeting Minutes for Restday, day 2 of the month Lormesta in the year 5105.

Sir Cryheart facilitated the meeting.

I. Squire Issues

No squires, no issues!

Except this: since Mourdeyan was our lucky first candidate to go through our new ceremony, we learned that it takes too long for one night. So from this point forward, it's advised to separate the inquisition and trial by combat phases into separate evenings.

II. Northern Fury Event this month:

Lady Evelith of the Northern Fury arrived to inform us of a Charity Auction and Ball hosted to aid the survivors of the vreen morph invasions. Donations will be on the 9th and 11th, and the auction will be the 15th. The ball is on the 18th where all the funds will be donated to Icemule and given to Councilman Larchus.

The collection point for donations will be on the West Road of Icemule in front of their hall, near the drunk halfling who never moves.

An invitation was extended to the Gryphons to attend any and all events.

III. Bridge Building

Shirkon announced on behalf of forgemaster Clunk from the Toadstool Society that they will be holding a contest to design a bridge for the trail to the Nations to replace the rope bridge. They are collecting donations for the event and have asked for any help as can be donated to ensure a proper bridge is designed. It's expected that the bridge will be constructed over the course of the next year and funding is still to be determined. The Gryphons will take a look at the coffers and determine what is a feasible donation to offer for this effort.

We have also been invited to contribute our own design if we wish.

IV. Temple to L'Naere

A couple of Aelotians by the name of Kralf and Tese are collecting bricks to build a temple to L'Naere, the patron Arkati of the Aelotoi. If you find any bricks, they'd be overjoyed to take them from you. They spend a lot of time outside of Hearthstone.

V. Town Hall Organization

The Gryphons have met the criteria for tier two and are now ready to begin working on the third tier. We have a clean slate and will need six events held over the course of the year to get to the third tier.

Already a lot of great ideas started flowing, now it's just a matter of people stepping forward to organize and execute events. Go to town!

VI. Meeting Calendar

Kriztian and Sir Cryheart will work on arranging a tentative calendar for the whole year annotating our meeting dates so we have something as a basis.

VII. Appointed Positions

All appointed positions will remain fixed with the exception of the scribe. The new scribe will be assigned to anyone truly passionate about it, but in the meantime Sir Kinshack will take on minutes duties.

VIII. The Griffin Sword

Morvule has been acting up lately, particularly in Solhaven and Bonespear. Be on guard when traveling the environs!

Next meeting in two weeks on the 16th.
