12 Votes Aye
1 Abstention

VIII. Friends of the Order

Be prepared to discuss Friends of the Order for next week. Still looking for a volunteer to coordinate the compilation of a list of proposed Friends, as well as the process by which to approach and adopt them into our fold.

V. Obsidian Legion

We discussed the events of the Obsidian Legion and resolved not to declare any open animosity against them. We will remain allies, or barring that, non-enemies.

Sir Eahlstan suggested shame them into giving up highway robbery should it occur again, perhaps by inquiring as to how they have fallen into disrepute, or how their funds were so mismanaged. He even suggested offering to help them with a fundraiser. He suggested that those who are robbed could be reimbursed from our own funds.

Guarrin suggested we forget the ugly incident and be wary of them in the future, but supported Sir Eahlstan's suggestion.

Sir Cryheart suggested remaining completely calm in their presence and allow the actions of the Legion to determine the manner in which the populace reacts to them.

Sir Kinshack suggested using this event as a way to grow and realize that it's important that every member remembers that they represent the Order at all times. He cited his own failing to properly represent the Order in this situation as an opportunity to have acted differently. The membership present were generously forgiving.

VI. Combat Development Task Force

Guarrin presented the Combat Development Task Force, which will be focused toward enhancing our ability to operate in combat situations. He is taking volunteers for assistance and will brief us on the Task Force's progress next meeting.

VII. Griffin Sword

Be prepared to discuss the latest Griffin Sword events next week.

VIII. Closing Items

Shirkon suggested getting deeds to be well prepared for the Solhaven incursion, and reminded everyone that the caravansary near the Landing is a place where you can purchase gems for such deeds.

Guarrin announced that Brandare would be making an effort to get to know everyone a bit better in the next week.

Finally Shirkon announced his intent to bring Clunk to next week's meeting.

The meeting closed with five minutes to spare.
