Chairing the Meeting: Eahlstan

I. Squire Issues
Kytaara will be unable to Sponsor Falicor. A new Sponsor is being sought.

II. Krolvin Invasion Report
Xanith and Kinshack gave reports on the ongoing invasion of Teras Isle by the Czag Dubra, their Empress, and Krolvin forces of varying strengths. Kinshack gave a detailed assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the most often seen Krolvin fighters: "Akhri. Gkig. Gnork. Grarg. Karsch. Katchakya. Khortal. Klaagh. Sankir. Tirrkik. Trudok. And most importantly, Moradga, the Czag Dubra." The information provided was based on his own observations, as well as those of Cryheart. III. Appointed Positions
Sir Brinn pointed out that the appointed positions within the Order should be reconsidered after the recent election. A list of the offices and their responsibilities will be sent to all Members. Anyone interested will be given a chance to throw his/her hat into the ring. Positions to be filled are: Castellan, Herald, and Scribe.

IV. Report on the Dwarven Plague
As a Squire task, Pomic was instructed to go to Zul Logoth and find out as much information as possible regarding the dwarven plague, its causes, new developments, possible cures, etc. He reported his findings and answered questions from the Members. (A written version of his report will be posted to the message boards and the website as soon as it is available.)

V. Squire Reform Task Group
Sir Ruffelin reported that the Squire Reform group has met three times, so far, and is close to rendering a proposal for consideration by the Members. The Squire Handbook is to be updated and other resources made available to Squires and their Sponsors.

VI. Incoming/Outgoing Chairman
Eahlstan concluded his three-meeting stint as meeting Chairman and Yarx was announced as the next Chairman, also for three meetings.

VII. Elven Nations Situation
Kinshack spoke about Lord Paladin Kendryth who is recruiting warriors for the defense of Ta'Illistim. Any who are not allied with the Dark Alliance or the Dream Walker are invited to join Kendryth. There was a brief discussion as to whether or not such an alliance would possibly put Members in direct conflict with one and other. The consensus of opinion was that each Member should hold his vow to the Order above all others, thus there should be no problems with conflict between Members in this situation. Squire Tebon informed us that he has been appointed Leader of the Elanthian Alliance forces defending Ta'Illistim.

VIII. Pre-announced Guests
Kinshack announced that he would like to bring Lurch to the next meeting. Sir Ruffelin announced he would again be bringing Tanzra.
