I. Squire Issues
There were no squire issues presented.

II. Task Forces
Recent events have left two of the three task force leader positions vacant. The Task Forces: Liason, Strategic, and Tactical were dissolved until the Order’s needs were properly evaluated.

III. Purpose
Cryheart led a discussion on the past and present purpose of the Order.

IV. Miscellaneous Items
Sir Brinn proposed the following motion:

Brinn says, "I'd like to propose a two hour rule. Anything not handled in two hours that's not on the agenada needs to be tabled."

The motion was approved with 7 votes of aye and 2 abstaining.
