Tonight we have discussed regarding maintaining active status and being able to vote, etc. We felt that three consecutive meetings was too restrictive due to the otherrealm responsibilities.

So what we decided to present to the membership for approval is thus:

Three meetings out of three months for both maintaining active status and voting privileges. Attending an event that doesn't take place on a meeting night would count toward the three to maintain vote eligibility. Also, considering the winter holidays and such, we have decided to have our next meeting on the sixth of next month (December) and on the thirteenth is our Winter Giveaway. Be prepared to bring gifts for those you cannot yet hold vultite.
