Order of the Silver Gryphon, Meeting Minutes for Restday, day 4 of the month Olaesta in the year 5104.

I. Squire Issues

Errethe has been orphaned and will have two weeks to arrange for a new sponsor. Any volunteers are encouraged to contact Errethe and discuss renewing his sponsorship in Tebon's stead. (OOC: He may be contacted at: Genwarst@yahoo.com or on AIM at Vskydancer)

Brandare recounted his history. For those interested in reviewing his words, please contact Brandare or Guarrin.

II. Siege of Solhaven

The siege has been broken. A motion was made to send the letter as written by Sir Eahlstan to the Earl Jovery and Baron Malwind. It was approved with 7 votes Aye, 0 votes Nay, and 0 abstentions.

III. Combat Development Task Force

Guarrin has posted the first draft of the proposed combat development plan on the forums. Members of the task force are strongly encouraged to add their comments and editions so new drafts can be created and ideally distributed by the next meeting. Anyone not in the task force can feel free to contact Guarrin to offer their thoughts and assistance.

IV. Other Issues

Shirkon suggested we be on the lookout for Krolvin activity.

V. Closed Items

We discussed some closed issues but moved not to make any definitive changes due to the lack of voting quorum. Items such as squire reform and the friends of the Order will be revisited next meeting.
