Order of the Silver Gryphon, Meeting Minutes for Restday, day 21 of the month Eoantos in the year 5104.

Members in attendance: Sir Cryheart, Dame Deavon, Sir Eahlstan, Guarrin, Sir Kinshack, Kriztian, Sir Morgiest, Murgin, Shirkon, Xanith, Sir Yarx, Dame Yviara

Squires in attendance: Mourdeyan

Kriztian chaired the meeting.

I. Squire Issues

Shirkon and Murgin reported Mourdeyan's success on a challenging task they set before her. Charged to retrieve two sources of poison antidote without the use of armor or weapons, Mourdeyan returned with three: berries from Castle Anwyn, a firethorn from Teras Isle, and fungus from the caverns of Zul'logoth. Shirkon wishes to comment Mourdeyan for her timely and impressive achievement.

Dame Deavon reported the official resignation of Skorrian as her squire as he will be journeying extensively and may not return in the near future. Our best wishes to Skorrian on his travels.

II. Current Events

Some rather pestilent blobs that have been plaguing the realms on behalf of the Council of Blight were finally dispatched due to the efforts of an organized resistance. It appears the threat of the corrupt plants has been put to an end. Additionally the previously kidnapped High Priest of Jastev, Horice, has been freed.

Eryael has been put into a coma by means of a small group of resistance fighters (including four Gryphons: Kinshack, Shirkon, Guarrin, and Mourdeyan) entering his mind via the dreamworld and attacking his source of power. It is our hope that he will be incapacitated for the remainder of the griffin sword conflict.

III. Elections

The current nominations (after declines are evaluated) are:

First: Kriztian, Sir Cryheart, Shirkon

Master of Squires: Guarrin, Murgin, Shirkon

Council: All active members, with the exception of Sir Eahlstan and Dame Yviara who declined

A reminder: per the bylaws all members in officer positions must be active full members.

Shirkon will be investigating the use of a system that may automate the voting process for us, and report on it by the next meeting, when voting will kick off.
